The book ” Foujita – Memories of Georges Grosjean ” – annotated by Sylvie Buisson, published by Éditions Paradox, Paris, in the collection Hors les cadres, is prominently featured this Sunday, February 10, 2019, at the Palais de Tokyo. Georges Grosjean’s account, a senior reporter in Asia and Japan in 1946, recounts Foujita’s difficult journey after the war. He tells how, with the Americans, he eventually obtained the visa and the departure from Japan that the artist so desired.
